PROPERTY ORGANIZER | Free For all of your Registered Users!
The Property Organizer has an updated look and great new features. A new navigation menu makes it easy to create new saved searches and view saved properties. Clients can assign a rating to their saved properties. Saved properties can be sorted by rating. Clients can add comments!
School Information | From Great Schools (New!)
The Great Schools map widget shows schools in the area, along with rating information and links to more details.

Walk Score | Local Amenity Map (New!)
The Amenity Map from Walk Score gives site visitors insight into nearby community features including parks, shopping and entertainment options. A Walk Score is assigned based on proximity to amenities. If desired, you can turn off this option in IDX Control Panel. 
Google Street View (New!)
Along with the map, prospects can now view Google’s Street View of the property address and get a better look at the property and surrounding area. Map and Street view appear in their own tab on the property details pages. 
ZIP CODE | CITY SELECTOR (New!)
Making multiple selections is easy with the City/Zip Selector. To begin, click the “Click to Add/Remove Cities” button. A list of cities will appear. Selected cities will appear in a list on the search form.

The “Add This” button brings Social Media Optimization to IDX property details pages. Site visitors can easily share links to properties on your site through popular social media sites. Clicking the Facebook or Twitter icons will include the page link in an update or tweet; clicking the Share icon lets users select from a menu of top social networking sites.
Large Photo Gallery & Slideshow(New!)
Clicking “View Slideshow” from the property details page launches a new photo slideshow layout. If available from your MLS, Optima IDX will display up to 50 large photos in the slideshow.

An onpage mortgage calculator helps prospects determine monthly payment information without leaving the property details page.
