Our IDX programmers have been developing custom real estate applications since 1997 and IDX systems since 2004 and are knowledgeable in all areas of MLS data systems and application development. We provide consulting to larger brokerages and firms that need guidance in any area of IDX development, as well as assisting IT teams with data architecture, systems integration, search engine optimization and custom website requests. All consulting requests must be submitted in writing using the form below.
Corporate Consulting Rate
- $350.00 Project Minimum (one hour)
- $200.00 per hour
Broker/Agent Consulting Rate
- $250.00 Project Minimum (one hour)
- $ 85.00 per hour
Emergency Website Assistance & Consulting
- For custom or 3rd party projects requiring emergency programming or support staff
- $350.00 Project Minimum (one hour)
- $ 125.00 per hour
